We are a licensed health insurance agency. Our agents are licensed in Virginia, Tennessee, West Virginia, Kentucky, North Carolina, and South Carolina. We are not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program.
Content on the Site is general information about Medicare and health insurance. It is not legal, tax, or medical advice, and it does not describe the full terms of any plan. Plan benefits, costs, networks, and availability vary by location and change each year. Always review a plan's official documents before enrolling.
Requesting a call does not obligate you to buy anything or enroll in any plan. There is no charge for our help; agents are paid by the insurance companies.

SMS program description: Appalachian.Health (NativeReps FMO, LLC) sends text messages about your call request, including appointment scheduling, appointment reminders and follow-up from your licensed agent. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we also send information about Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement and Prescription Drug plans and enrollment periods.
Opt out: Text STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Text HELP for help.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
